Hi, I'm Lauren—the founder of Where We Flow Yoga Collective, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), and Sculpt instructor. I created Where We Flow Yoga Collective to make wellness feel more accessible by bringing yoga and movement into the spaces where community naturally comes together.
Whether it's a pop-up class, a beach flow, or a local collaboration, my goal is simple: to create experiences that feel welcoming, intentional, and leave people feeling a little more connected than when they arrived.
-
Flow Events are designed for all experience levels. Whether it's your first class or you've been practicing for years, you'll find class to be welcoming, engaging, and encourages you to move in a way that feels right for you.
